Returns & Refunds

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from AIR Store:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from us, either through the AIR Store or via phone/eMail, can be returned to us.
• AIR Avionics products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

• If you paid by PayPal your refunds will be sent to directly to paypal within about 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact PayPal with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
• Products purchased via other payment options will be refunded via wire transfer. Please note that your banking coordinates are required for us to issue your refund. Please supply your bank data together with the refund. Depending on banking lead-times your refund may take around 10 business days.
