In order to reduce the repair waiting time for our customers to a minimum and also to make repair costs transparent, we exchange defective devices directly for equivalent or newer devices at a fixed, flat-rate repair price. The price was calculated on the basis of the average repair cost price. This system offers the following advantages for you:
- Extremely fast response time: usually 1-2 business days instead of many weeks of repair time.
- Full cost transparency, independent of the repair effort.
- Removal and installation can be done at the same time.
Procedure:
Prior to purchase, it is necessary to enter repair data. These can be entered directly in the order process here in the AIR Store.
After we have received your order and payment, we will send you an exchange unit.
Upon receipt of the exchange unit, return your defective unit to us in the same shipping package. Please note that you are required to return your defective unit within 30 days. Instructions for return shipment can be found in the documents accompanying your exchange unit.
Warranty:
If your device has a defect that may be covered by warranty, please contact our customer service department before purchasing this item. Our service department will work with you to decide on the warranty claim and, if it is positive, will provide you with a discount code so you can order your exchange unit free of charge.
